How do iLE@RN in the 21st Century!

How do we engage our students?

Purpose of this Wiki is to create a Community of 21st Century Learners

utilising Web 2.0 tools to engage students --> Joint Knowledge construction

Learning networks that can make a difference!

Questions to consider: How do we teach children to communicate and collaborate to question to think creatively to think critically and to be able to problem solve, to develop multimodal literacy skills to reflect on their learning? Am I providing opportunities for students to contribute to 21st Century virtual learning spaces? • To be Global citizens with Catholic values and ethics • To be a community of learners • To engage in learning spaces • To be knowledge creators and mangers. Give students the opportunity to produce their work in a variety of media formats. What have the students shown that they have learnt from what they have produced? What has the teacher learnt? How do we asses? What are we assessing? What understanding has this child shown me? Self and peer assessment?
